UK domestic shipping
UK shipping is £5 for smaller paintings and £10-20 for larger works. The cost will be calculated at checkout based on the painting’s weight.
International shipping
International shipping can be between £10 for smaller works to £30 for larger works. The cost will be calculated at checkout based on the painting’s weight. Customs/ import duties are not included in the above costings. The buyer must be aware of, and agrees to pay any import charges incurred by them.
Why so much for shipping?
What bumps up the shipping price for me is the insurance. I can’t send a painting off without having coverage for the amount that the painting costs because they are one of a kind as so fragile. This means that if a painting were to get lost or damaged in trasit, the postal company would pay out the full cost of the painting. I package the paintings as best as I can so that nothing happens but it’s best to be safe than sorry!
Returns
Return Cost
Commissions cannot be returned but paintings bought from the site can.
If you are not happy with a painting because it is damaged or has a fault then I will cover the cost of postage back. Alternatively we can come up with a solution to get the painting fixed or a partial refund.
